Early bird registration deadline – March 21, 2021
All authors must be registered until – March 21, 2021
Late bird registration deadline – April 20, 2021

Registration fee includes:

• Login to conference platform 
• Access to recorded videos after the conference
• Certificate of participation

Ways of payment:

There are 2 ways of payment available for the participants of the conference:

• Payment by credit card 
• Payment by bank transfer

More details will be available while filling the online registration form.

Invoice:

The invoice will be issued and sent to participant shortly after registration form is submitted.

Cancellation:

Cancellation received before March 21, 2021  – full refund*
Cancellation received before April 19, 2021  – 50% refund
Cancellation received from April 20, 2021 – no refund
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat by email
*20 Eur will be deducted as administration fee
